Congrats Howard, stunning shot. the orange sky certainly brings out the paint job on the saab. has it been enhanced in any way or is it all natural? sad to see your photo's lost in cyber space again barry, how about posting it here so we can appreciate it anyway. well done to all who took part

Okey dokey here it is.
I did rather take the 'Artistic' theme to heart. My entry was ‘Tornado IDS 44+31"Blue Lighting" 45 Jahre JBG-31’ and was taken at The International Air Tattoo 2003.
Although it is a standard side-on shot I have eliminated the background in Photoshop then duplicated the aircraft as a separate layer. This layer was then turned into black and white and the transparency was reduced. I then used the deform tool to distort it so it looks like a shadow. Finally I’ve added a neutral background.
If you wanted something a tad more 'traditional' then you can have "The Power Behind The Pump"
I used to make loads of them but as I only live in a 1 bedroom flat with the missus, space is of too short supply to keep them so had to stop making them because they were getting broken (my "Wolf Pack" F-14 Tomcat "crashed 'n' burned"). I've still got a F-117 Nighthawk, F-16, Harrier and a Concorde in the 1:72 scale to make in the cupboard (Concorde is fairly large) but I've just got nowhere to put them (safely) once I've built them so they'll have to wait.
Same old sh*t......................just happening on a different day!!!!!!
