Ant, due in anytime....... « Thread Started on Nov 4, 2009, 6:20pm »
A Ant, big 'jobby' is due in to East Midlands Airport any day now with a 'cargo' of one helicopter from afghanistan. I have been informed that it is to return there, with three helicopters which are on the DHL 'ramp'/hub now. Not sure if they are showing-up on live-feed sat-images (Google) . Longbows or Merlins ? heard this today around lunch from source working at the airport.

Not heard if its here yet, but wonder if it was the one thats at Manchester now. The helicopter it was bringing back, is a Chinook. Will check tomorrow if the three helicopters on DHL's 'hub' are still there.

Latest.
Ant not seen yet at the airport. News today states that the 3 helicopters on DHL 'ramp' have been roaded to RAF Brize Norton as the Ant was not given permission to overfly Egyption airspace so the three helicopters are due out on a C-17 from BN destined for Nairobi. Will visit the airport tomorrow as planned.
